The Weldon City Schools Board of Education will meet for a special called meeting on April 4, 2023. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and approve an out of state field trip. The meeting will begin at 5:30pm, and it will be held at the Central Services Boardroom located at 301 Mulberry Street, Weldon, NC 27890. It will be accessible virtually online through the Weldon City Schools Youtube page (visit www.weldoncityschools.org for the link). March 22 Board Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

The Weldon City Board of Education will hold a special called meeting on Wednesday, March 22, 2022, beginning at 4:00pm and scheduled to last until 7:00pm, to discuss and review Ratio Design’s six proposed building design concepts for the new Weldon Middle and High School. The Board welcomes feedback and questions from the community about the concepts presented at the meeting. The Board will approve a design plan at the meeting. The Board will convene in closed session after the open public meeting to vote on Human Resources matters and school safety plans. The meeting will take place at the Weldon STEM High School Career Academies, 415 County Road, Weldon, NC 27890.
